Location: Onsite at the NNSA Nevada Support Facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada, with potential work at the Nevada National Security Site in Mercury, Nevada. Full-time, MondayβFriday, 40 hours per week, with availability required during 09:00β15:00 core hours. Limited pre-approved CONUS travel may be required. Telework requires written COR and CO approval.

What you will do
- Serve onsite as the primary contractor point of contact for the government client.
- Plan, organize, assign, direct, document, invoice, and quality-control the contract work.
- Lead the onsite team, coordinate cross-training and absence backfill, and maintain daily project-management coverage.
- Support Technical Qualification Program management analysis and administrative office functions.
- Coordinate with NNSA Nevada Field Office personnel, federal counterparts, and M&O contractor staff.
- Maintain the quality-assurance program and submit monthly accomplishment and deliverable-status reports.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business, public administration, project management, or a related field; a masterβs degree is preferred.
- Target 8+ years of progressively responsible program or administrative support experience, including 3+ years supervising a federal onsite team.
- Experience with federal contract administration, project controls, quality assurance, invoicing, client coordination, and continuity management.
- PMP or an equivalent project-management credential is strongly preferred.
- Must obtain and maintain DOE L clearance, with DOE Q clearance required where applicable.
- U.S. citizenship and clearance eligibility must be verified during recruiting; compliance with privacy, nondisclosure, system-access, physical-security, and government data-rights requirements is mandatory.
Nice to have
- DOE/NNSA or comparable cleared-site experience.
- Masterβs degree in a related field.
- PMP or equivalent project-management certification.
