Contract Associate Analyst

What you will do

• Verify policy and member information before uploading records to the CHI portal.
• Check National IDs, Iqama, Border Numbers, passport numbers, Member IDs, and policy dates against supporting documents and approved policy setup.
• Validate additions, deletions, transfers, and corrections to prevent CHI rejections.
• Investigate mismatches across client census files, system records, and CHI requirements; coordinate corrections and resubmit records within SLA timelines.
• Track uploaded members until acceptance and successful linking, escalating unresolved cases promptly.
• Prepare validation error, rejection analysis, SLA performance, and quality improvement reports, while monitoring the validation mailbox.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in benefit setup or health insurance policy administration.
• Experience with benefit configuration tools and administrative platforms.
• Familiarity with medical coverage, eligibility processes, and CHI uploads.
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements, including CHI, IA, and Nphies.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and data-entry systems.
