Artwork Specialist - BTA

Location: San Jose Intelligence Hub, Costa Rica

What you will do

• Generate and release print-ready packaging files for labels, cartons, and other printed components.
• Assemble artwork according to P&G design standards, regional style guides, and the Global Digital Artwork File Protocol.
• Perform readiness assessments, briefing hand-offs, quality assurance checks, and quality control reviews throughout development.
• Review technical and regulatory requirements and build packaging files from start to finish.
• Analyze defects and quality issues, coordinate file destruction requests with printers, and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with artwork, graphics, color, print, and regional teams while introducing new technologies and process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience creating and preparing print-ready packaging files and working in prepress.
• Strong Adobe Illustrator expertise and proven experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of Flexo, Offset, and Digital printing methods and technologies for consumer goods packaging.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level is required.
• Mac proficiency, strong attention to detail, execution discipline, and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in packaging, printing, or the consumer goods industry.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Font Library (UTC), ESKO Dynamic Content, Canva, DAM, or Egnyte.
