Water/Wastewater - Project Manager

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; hybrid schedule with up to 40% remote work.

Annual salary: $116,600–$160,000, depending on qualifications. Annual bonuses may also apply.

What you will do

• Lead analysis, design, construction administration, and preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Manage projects involving conveyance, utilities, pump and lift stations, treatment systems, and master planning.
• Ensure high-quality client services and deliverables within budget and schedule constraints.
• Support business development through client relationship management, opportunity development, and proposal preparation.
• Direct complex studies and investigations, define tasks, supervise project contributors, and approve technical work.
• Schedule project resources, evaluate design decisions, administer contracts, and serve as project manager and sealing Professional Engineer when required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering, including project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Colorado Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams while overseeing work quality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in the Denver-based hybrid arrangement.
