Head of Enterprise Architecture, AVP - Europe (Cloud, AI & ML)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with three days per week in the office and two days at home

What you will do

• Own the architecture strategy for a major segment of the Technology organization.
• Partner with senior Technology and Business leaders to define architecture priorities, target states, and roadmaps.
• Lead technology transformation and modernization initiatives to reduce technical debt.
• Define and lead proofs of concept for emerging architecture solutions.
• Build strong partnerships with Software Engineering and align skills with technology direction.
• Communicate architectural direction, optimize talent strategy, and improve architecture efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• Relevant enterprise, application, and/or information architecture experience.
• Previous management experience and experience mentoring architecture leaders.
• Experience developing strategic technology direction, architecture vision, target states, and roadmaps.
• Experience influencing C-level leaders and working in an agile operating model.
• Experience with cloud-native modernization, API strategy, AWS, accelerators, DevSecOps, security, and large-scale technology platforms.
