TL;DR
VP, Value Add Assembly (Aerospace & Defense) (Radar and RF Technology): Leading the P&L, strategy, program execution, and customer performance of a value-added assembly business within an integrated electronics division, with an accent on aerospace and defense manufacturing, financial performance, and contract execution. Focus on directing program management teams, managing cost and schedule through EVMS, aligning technology and market strategy, and executing organizational change across matrixed functions.
Location: Remote - New Hampshire, United States; travel up to 50%. ITAR-controlled products and technical data are restricted to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents.

What you will do
- Own the P&L, vision, strategy, goals, and operating performance for the Value Added Assembly business.
- Lead execution of customer contracts, programs, schedules, budgets, and performance commitments.
- Direct a team of program managers and coordinate matrixed support across manufacturing, engineering, business development, HR, finance, and IT.
- Develop market, product, and technology strategies for Radar and RF Technology in alignment with corporate plans and technology roadmaps.
- Manage customer relationships, business development, proposal strategy, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Allocate people and equipment, drive continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions and organizational change.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry, focused on Radar and RF Technology.
- Experience with program execution, cost and schedule management, and EVMS.
- Strong leadership, talent development, business acumen, communication, management, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems, industry standards, certifications, and requirements.
- Ability to comply with US export control requirements, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC; access to restricted ITAR products requires US citizenship or permanent residence.
