Senior Digital Design Manager, Laundry Care (AI)

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Set digital shelf and social strategies across the Fabric Enhancers brand portfolio.
• Lead platform-native organic and paid social content for TikTok and Meta to drive digital commerce traffic and engagement.
• Optimize branded content for Walmart, Amazon, Target, and Sam’s Club.
• Define brand identity visions, product architectures, visual guidelines, and design direction across digital, retail, and packaging touchpoints.
• Facilitate design sprints, reviews, and audits while managing multiple projects and stakeholder updates.
• Use AI-powered tools such as Adobe Firefly and Nano Banana, along with prompt engineering, for ideation and content development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in design and brand identity.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand expression, digital design, strategy, execution, and hands-on design mastery.
• Experience leading design sprints and applying design thinking.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, communication, and strategic design skills.
• Proficiency with relevant digital design and prototyping tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, plus the ability to adopt new technologies and creative methods.
