TL;DR
Engineering Co-op Opportunities (HVAC) (Test, Manufacturing, Product, and Application Engineering): Building and improving commercial HVAC products through prototyping, testing, product design, manufacturing support, and customer-focused application development with an accent on hands-on engineering and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on conducting lab tests, troubleshooting production equipment, developing processes, and supporting products from concept through market launch.
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; full-time, on-site co-op from January to August or May to December.
Starting base pay: $22.00–$28.00 per hour.

What you will do
- Build prototypes, conduct tests, and document results in the testing laboratory.
- Support new product development, product redesigns, and customer-driven engineering requests.
- Create and update Standard Operating Procedures, troubleshoot machines, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing.
- Contribute to layout design and process development to improve operational efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Design, test, and support new and existing products from concept through market launch.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and support product selection software design, testing, training materials, and product strategy.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a related bachelor's degree program such as Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, Manufacturing, or Applied Engineering.
- On track to graduate within the next three semesters or less.
- Interest in hands-on learning and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using basic hand tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with 3D modeling software.
