Principal, Pursuit Operations

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of pursuit managers, specialists, and designers across sectors.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and support the professional development of team members.
• Establish and continuously improve pursuit processes, tools, standards, templates, and portal resources.
• Oversee pursuit resourcing, workload management, capacity planning, budgets, and level of effort.
• Lead or support complex pursuit execution, including messaging, content, graphic presentation, brand standards, and submission readiness.
• Partner with communications, graphic design, sector teams, and leadership on reporting, staffing, technology adoption, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading high-performing teams and executing complex pursuits.
• Demonstrated experience winning high-value contracts in the A/E/C industry.
• Experience contributing to team success and improving pursuit efficiency and workload management.
• Ability to work on pursuit deadlines for any sector for up to 15% of working time.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
