Director, Creator Partnerships

Location: CA-Beverly Hills - 9601 Wilshire

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 annually

What you will do

• Generate new revenue by building relationships with brands and media agencies investing in creator content.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through closing, legal, procurement, expansion, and campaign delivery.
• Educate partners on the reach and performance of WME’s creator clients across YouTube and other platforms.
• Develop personalized prospecting strategies and maintain a consistent pipeline of 15+ outbound meetings per week.
• Create sales plans, deliver executive-level presentations, and build scalable sales processes and resources.
• Monitor campaign performance, recommend optimizations, and maintain accurate CRM updates.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of digital advertising sales experience, ideally in creator- or content-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising, entertainment, and creator integrations.
• Proven success exceeding revenue targets and owning the full sales cycle.
• Experience selling content and building partnerships with brands and media agencies, including mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Deep interest in the influencer and creator space, particularly YouTube.
