Global Trainee Program - Operations/Manufacturing GMT (Manufacturing): Rotating across production, maintenance, continuous improvement, and logistics in a 12-month manufacturing program with an accent on end-to-end business understanding and Lean Six Sigma methods. Focus on leading a high-impact project, improving operational processes, and presenting results to senior leadership.
Location: Guadalajara (Tlaquepaque), Mexico; 100% onsite. Candidates must currently live in Guadalajara or be available to relocate there. Relocation expenses are not covered. Future mobility for rotations and relocations is required.

is a large food manufacturing company offering a 12-month global trainee program with cross-functional exposure and leadership development.
What you will do
- Rotate through Production, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, and Logistics.
- Develop an end-to-end understanding of the business and manufacturing value chain.
- Lead a high-impact project from the beginning of the program.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies in daily operations.
- Present project results to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, International Business, Product Design, Industrial Design, or Environmental Management.
- Graduation completed between December 2023 and December 2026.
- Currently living in Guadalajara or available to relocate there; relocation expenses are not covered.
- Availability for future location changes during and after the program.
- Advanced or fluent conversational English.

Hiring process
