Senior Sourcing Lead (Automotive): Leading end-to-end strategic sourcing activities and developing multi-year category strategies with an accent on negotiations, supplier performance, cost savings, and supply assurance. Focus on mitigating geopolitical, financial, capacity, and supply risks, conducting supplier assessments, and driving localization and value realization across global sourcing operations.
Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico; hybrid office environment with frequent global travel of approximately 50–60%.

is a global powersports manufacturer producing off-road vehicles and related products, with its largest manufacturing facility in Mexico.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities, including opportunity assessment, RFX development, negotiations, contracting, and implementation.
- Develop and execute multi-year category strategies aligned with business, financial, and risk objectives.
- Build supplier relationships, manage supplier performance, and drive cost savings, value engineering, supply assurance, and supplier localization.
- Partner with Legal to ensure contract compliance and protect company interests.
- Identify and mitigate supply, geopolitical, financial, and capacity risks, including through rapid plant assessments during supplier visits.
- Mentor junior sourcing professionals and contribute to sourcing best practices, process improvements, ESG, sustainability, and supplier diversity initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 15 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
- Experience leading complex negotiations and managing high-value contracts.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid office environment and travel globally approximately 50–60% of the time.
- Ability to oversee asset management systems and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in automotive, powersports, or assembly manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of products, business model, and sourcing needs.
