Construction Project Coordinator-Chicago

Location: Bolingbrook, Illinois; fully in office, with travel to project sites in the Northeast and Midwest

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year, plus a monthly car allowance and annual bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Track project processes from start-up through close-out.
• Support project leadership, field teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive administrative processes and maintain project accuracy.
• Gather information for forecasting, analyzing, and communicating financial metrics and results.
• Learn construction processes and develop foundational project management and technical industry skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Financial management capability and Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work fully in the office and travel to project sites in the Northeast and Midwest.
• Ethical conduct, ownership, flexibility, and commitment to accurate execution.
