Senior Pharmacy Advocate

What you will do

• Streamline manufacturer assistance processes and enroll patients in international shipping and pharmacy programs.
• Help pharmacy advocate staff and patients complete and submit required forms and program applications.
• Track application status and follow up to ensure timely processing.
• Create and analyze enrollment, utilization, and revenue tracking spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
• Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, pharmacy staff, provider representatives, and third-party customer service representatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• General knowledge of pharmacy benefits.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to build productive relationships, solve problems, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team.
• Pharmacy technician experience or experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred.
