Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States. Employees are required to work at the location five days a week.

What you will do
- Develop methods and processes for effective management of aircraft material suppliers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier performance and relationship management.
- Monitor supplier performance against contractual and committed terms and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Lead cross-functional teams across quality, airworthiness, maintenance, material management, engineering, and reliability.
- Analyze supplier performance data, guide improvement plans, and oversee implementation.
- Lead supplier business reviews, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and support inventory and service-level objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least five years of professional exempt experience in contract or supplier management, customer relations, inventory management, or logistics planning and management.
- Experience analyzing data and formulating recommendations for strategic sourcing and inventory strategy.
- Proficiency with business software, including Microsoft Office Suite, SAS, SharePoint, and Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite at the Memphis location five days per week.
