What you will do

• Provide digital support to members and internal staff across digital banking products and services.
• Investigate, document, reproduce, and triage reported issues, identify root causes, and assess member impact.
• Report defects to development teams, monitor resolution progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and support the implementation of new features, enhancements, and product changes.
• Translate technical concepts into clear guidance for frontline staff and help increase digital channel adoption.
• Represent member and staff feedback in product improvements and support strategic digital product initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial services or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, conflict management, and resolution skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and document digital-channel issues and explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
• Knowledge of financial-industry compliance, fraud intervention, internal controls, and Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
• Ability to work at the Colorado Springs, Colorado location.

Nice to have

• At least 6 months of electronic product support experience.
• Knowledge of Azure.
• Experience with Symitar, Bill Pay Administration, Online Banking Administration, CRM, or Vertifi.
