ServiceNow Integration Developer (ServiceNow/OT systems): Designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise OT systems with an accent on API-based data exchange, workflow automation, and secure, scalable integration architecture. Focus on implementing data transformations, monitoring failures, building error-handling mechanisms, and ensuring reliable data flows across integrated systems.
Location: Hybrid role based in Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and internal or external enterprise OT systems.
- Build and manage integrations using ServiceNow APIs and middleware solutions.
- Gather integration requirements and define data flows, interfaces, transformations, and mappings with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, reliability, security, and scalability across integrated systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures while implementing logging, alerting, and error handling.
- Support workflow and business-process automation and maintain technical integration documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing ServiceNow integrations.
- Strong experience with REST and SOAP APIs, as well as JSON and XML data formats.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, and the Glide API.
- Understanding of system integration patterns, data transformation, and data mapping.
- Familiarity with authentication methods such as OAuth and API keys.
- Ability to work in cross-functional Agile teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure integration services, including Logic Apps and API Management.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure DevOps, monitoring, or ITSM tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Enterprise experience, particularly in Oil & Gas or OT environments.
- ServiceNow CAD certification or equivalent.
