Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States
Annual base salary: $126,500β$208,700, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do
- Build, deploy, and operationalize complex data solutions and scalable cloud-native data pipelines.
- Design data architectures and analyze complex sources for use in enterprise analytics.
- Apply data transformations, cleansing, governance, security, and quality practices.
- Design and deploy production-grade multi-agent AI applications.
- Integrate structured and unstructured data through tool-calling patterns, including the Model Context Protocol.
- Test data movement, transformation code, and data components while resolving complex defects and incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least 4 additional years of data engineering experience; the broader profile requests 8 years of related experience.
- Expertise with AWS-native services and/or Databricks for distributed data pipelines, with enterprise platforms such as Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience with dbt and framework-based, cloud-native pipeline architectures.
- Experience with multi-agent AI frameworks and runtimes such as AWS AgentCore or Databricks AgentBricks.
- Strong knowledge of large language model APIs, RAG, vector databases, embedding strategies, modern software engineering, and cloud platforms.
