Solutionthealth - Epic Applications Analyst 1-4 (EpicCare Ambulatory) - Full Time

Location: Remote within New Hampshire / the United States; Monday–Friday Eastern Time business hours with some flexibility. On-call rotation and occasional travel for go-live installations or training are required.

What you will do

• Implement, configure, develop, and maintain EpicCare Ambulatory and associated third-party systems.
• Research and configure system solutions that improve workflows, efficiency, patient safety, and quality.
• Apply clinical and business knowledge to healthcare workflow and system design.
• Develop, test, deploy, and evaluate application changes throughout the system development life cycle.
• Create documentation and test scripts, validate builds, and obtain end-user approval.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, end users, and colleagues while supporting projects and participating in on-call coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• Prior Epic experience as an end user or analyst; healthcare experience is required.
• Analyst levels 2–4 require current Epic training status in the primary application; upper levels require additional relevant training statuses.
• Experience implementing and testing vendor-packaged software applications or healthcare operational experience relevant to the application area.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, use a computer continuously, communicate through virtual meetings, and support Eastern Time business hours and on-call needs.
