Product Management Senior Advisor - Encircle Rx

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States. Occasional or permanent home working may be possible if the required cable broadband or fiber connection provides at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

Annual salary: $113,200–$188,600, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Manage and oversee EncircleRx throughout its product lifecycle, supporting growth, scalability, and market success.
• Support product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, new product opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Account Management, Operations, Clinical, Technology, Reporting, Legal, and Implementation teams.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, process flows, operational solutions, communications, and implementation plans.
• Improve product administration through standardization, automation, documentation, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze product performance, utilization trends, client feedback, and KPIs to develop recommendations and executive-level reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Program Management, Business Analysis, Healthcare Operations, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex initiatives and driving collaboration across functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing business requirements, process documentation, executive communications, and strategic recommendations.
• Advanced Excel, reporting, and presentation development skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, healthcare technology, or benefit management solutions.
• Knowledge of product development methodologies and lifecycle management practices.
• Experience with client-facing product support, implementation, or consulting.
