TL;DR
Clinical Project Manager (Clinical Trials): Leading and supporting clinical projects from study setup through closure while managing timelines, budgets, quality, client communication, and regulatory documentation with an accent on clinical protocol compliance, service delivery, and financial control. Focus on coordinating regional teams, resolving corrective actions, supporting audits, and maintaining study files that meet regulatory inspection standards.

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with additional hours as needed.

What you will do

  • Lead or support regional clinical project teams as the primary contact between the clinical team and clients.
  • Coordinate study setup, conduct, and closure in line with clinical protocols, specifications, timelines, budgets, and global project management standards.
  • Manage study budgets, monitor performance, and implement or escalate corrective actions when projects deviate from expectations.
  • Maintain complete and inspection-ready study files in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Support client approvals, bid processes, quality assurance activities, audits, and global studies as required.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or business, or relevant central laboratory industry experience.
  • At least 2 years of project management and relevant clinical project experience with a CRO or sponsor organization for the Project Manager level; senior-level requirements include at least 4 years.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
  • Fluent English and strong communication, organizational, analytical, and client-service skills.
  • Willingness to travel for investigator meetings, client meetings, and internal global meetings.
