Location: Primarily onsite at the Nevada Support Facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada, with potential work at the Nevada National Security Site in Mercury, Nevada. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with availability required during 09:00–15:00 core hours. Supports authorized conferences, assessments, and meetings in person or remotely.

What you will do
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the Office of the Manager and assistant-manager organizations.
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, conference rooms, telephone coverage, reminders, and executive workflows.
- Draft, format, revise, proofread, print, and route technical and nontechnical correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, track actions, compile status packages, and coordinate in-person or remote events.
- Coordinate domestic and foreign travel reservations, authorizations, and vouchers, and support timekeeping reviews.
- Maintain physical and electronic records, correspondence and action systems, FOIA logs, request correspondence, and data-entry records.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of executive or administrative support experience, including complex scheduling, confidential work, and interaction with senior leadership.
- Strong writing, grammar, proofreading, document formatting, meeting logistics, travel processing, correspondence tracking, and records-control skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- DOE L security clearance required; DOE Q clearance may be required depending on organizational support.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be accepted.
- Federal, DOE/NNSA, nuclear-security, or other regulated-environment experience is preferred.
Nice to have
- CAP or comparable administrative credential.
- Experience supporting nuclear energy or security-sector clients.
- Proficiency with Visio and data analytics tools.
