Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year

What you will do

• Create innovative product and packaging concepts for the Hair Care portfolio.
• Explore and visualize beauty experiences through sketching, digital rendering, CAD development, and prototyping.
• Translate consumer insights, cultural trends, and emerging technologies into design solutions.
• Develop desirable and manufacturable concepts from early exploration through execution.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Engineering, Packaging, and Brand Design teams.
• Present concepts and storytelling materials to stakeholders and leadership while contributing to multiple innovation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related design discipline.
• 0–5 years of professional experience, including internships, co-ops, or full-time roles.
• Passion for beauty, consumer products, and emotionally engaging consumer experiences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, creativity, execution, aesthetic refinement, sketching, and visual storytelling.
• 2D visualization skills using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Experience with 3D CAD, rapid prototyping, CMF strategy, decoration techniques, and manufacturing processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with product and packaging design, consumer-centered innovation, or digital experience design.
• Experience with SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, KeyShot, 3D printing, and physical model making.
• Familiarity with visual AI tools and AI-enabled creative workflows.
