Financial Analyst, Enterprise Workforce Planning

Location: Atlanta Support Center, United States; onsite 80% of the time

What you will do

• Support G&A budgeting with a focus on headcount planning, staffing projections, and alignment with financial goals.
• Complete monthly variance analyses for salaries, benefits, and workforce efficiency.
• Collaborate with Brands and Shared Services teams on workforce forecasts and related cost projections.
• Provide ad hoc headcount analyses and actionable insights for Finance leadership and business teams.
• Improve headcount planning, reporting, data collection, and analysis processes.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality forecasting, budgeting, and reporting deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of Planning & Analysis experience and at least 1 year of headcount analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, finance, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with enterprise planning and reporting tools such as Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, and SmartView.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities while maintaining data accuracy and timeliness.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of multi-brand corporate or Shared Services experience.
• Experience with Power BI and SharePoint for business intelligence analysis and presentations.
