What you will do
- Support the Air Force conventional munitions government lead with enterprise process documentation, transformation analysis, and standardization.
- Contribute to IT modernization strategies and implementation plans supporting full FIAR compliance.
- Support HAF and MAJCOM conventional munitions strategies across requirements, acquisition, maintenance, and supply chain processes.
- Define requirements and identify capability gaps in munitions management systems, including TICMS, CAS, AMST, RMS, and RAM/TMRS.
- Analyze business processes, policies, data, and organizational goals to identify risks, redundancies, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, recommendations, and client consultations for complex and mission-critical programs.
Requirements
- Active or current Secret security clearance or higher, verifiable in DISS.
- Advanced degree and 10 years of relevant experience; or bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience; or 15 years of direct experience, with required certifications.
- Experience with Air Force conventional munitions enterprise logistics operations, transformation analysis, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of supply chain data requirements and their relationships with DoD munitions management systems.
- Experience with USAF munitions inventory and supply chain management, base and depot warehouse functions, wholesale and retail IT systems, operational research, and munitions maintenance data.
- Ability to lead complex requirements from project inception through conclusion and provide expert guidance to program and project staff.
