Occupational Health Nurse

Location: Singapore Innovation Centre and Singapore Tuas Plant

What you will do

• Develop and execute health and wellbeing programs across corporate and manufacturing environments.
• Provide basic medical consultation, employee case management, and coordination with external healthcare providers.
• Analyze occupational health data and trends to recommend corrective actions, workplace accommodations, and return-to-work solutions.
• Support workplace hazard identification, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Lead emergency and medical crisis management and preparedness efforts.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, and country and regional medical teams to align health initiatives with company strategies and standards.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of occupational health experience, preferably in a multinational organization.
• BS Nursing degree.
• Singapore nursing license required.
• Willingness to work at the Singapore Innovation Centre and Singapore Tuas Plant.
• Proficient written and spoken English and the local language.
• Knowledge of Microsoft collaboration and office tools, learning agility, presentation skills, and reapplication and benchmarking skills.
