Clinical Research Coordinator (Clinical Research)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; the role requires availability to work based in Goiânia, Brazil.

What you will do

• Support patient pre-screening and recruitment through chart reviews, referral management, and community outreach.
• Schedule trial visits, laboratory appointments, scans, and reminder calls.
• Support patient education check-ins, pre-visit education, and visit preparation.
• Verify and correct study information in source documents, research queries and variances, and provide feedback to site data collectors.
• Enter recruitment data accurately into the Electronic Data Capture system and maintain study files.
• Provide administrative support, including reports, documentation, reception, office organization, and supply management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences.
• Basic knowledge of clinical trials and experience as a study coordinator.
• Availability to work based in Goiânia, Brazil.
• Availability to work part-time for 24 hours per week.
• Availability to work on a six-month fixed-term contract.
