2027 Early Careers: Summer Intern, Multinational – Bermuda (Insurance)

Location: Bermuda-Pembroke; in-person, with office attendance required at least four days per week

What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations within the Multinational Underwriting department.
• Work on dynamic projects alongside underwriting, claims, legal, operations, and risk professionals.
• Help support compliant, seamless insurance programs for cross-border clients.
• Develop insurance industry knowledge and core technical skills through hands-on work.
• Participate in masterclasses, mentoring circles, networking events, and volunteering activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree expected no later than June 2028.
• Availability for the complete nine-week program from June 7 through August 6, 2027.
• Ability to work in the office at least four days per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, collaboration, prioritization, adaptability, and attention-to-detail skills.
