Civil & Environmental Engineer I (Water Resources/Transportation): Developing civil and environmental engineering designs for water resources, stormwater, wastewater, and transportation projects with an accent on hydraulic calculations, drainage studies, modeling, and technical documentation. Focus on building engineering models, visiting project sites, and taking ownership of project deliverables while progressing toward EIT/EI and PE credentials.
Location: Tampa, Florida; opportunities are available in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Hybrid schedule with work from home up to two days per week.

What you will do
- Develop design plans, support hydraulic calculations, and conduct drainage studies.
- Analyze data and build models using industry-standard engineering software.
- Prepare technical reports and construction documents.
- Work with experienced engineers through mentoring, feedback, and technical collaboration.
- Visit project sites and connect designs with field implementation.
- Gradually take ownership of portions of project deliverables.
Requirements
- BS or MS in civil, environmental, water resources, biological, agricultural/biosystems, structural, geotechnical, geological engineering, or a similar program.
- Availability as a new graduate in December 2026, May 2027, or August 2027.
- Interest in water resources, stormwater, water/wastewater planning and design, or transportation.
- Willingness to work toward EIT/EI and PE credentials.
