Location: Vancouver store, Vancouver, BC; fully onsite
Salary: CAD 80,000–85,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead and support a high-performing sales team focused on customer experience and satisfaction.
- Monitor customer interactions, address issues, and escalate matters to the General Manager or headquarters partners when appropriate.
- Set and communicate individual and team performance goals while providing feedback for training and development.
- Deliver product knowledge and brand education to store employees.
- Oversee store operations, including standard procedures, administrative tasks, opening and closing, housekeeping, and daily work activities.
- Support inventory counts, visual merchandising initiatives, store visits, and communication between the store and headquarters.
Requirements
- Open and flexible availability for evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, special projects, and product drops or releases.
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing role.
- 3+ years of retail or apparel operations experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of Supervisors.
- Strong communication, delegation, multitasking, and accountability skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and point-of-sale systems, plus the ability to perform business math and simple accounting.
