What you will do

• Administer the Facilities team's computerized maintenance management system.
• Establish workflows for efficiently and accurately building the asset database.
• Maintain and continuously improve asset database quality.
• Procure and organize maintenance parts and spare parts.
• Produce department metrics periodically.
• Work closely with Maintenance and Metrology teams in daily operations.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in CMMS administration and asset database management.
• Ability to establish accurate maintenance workflows.
• Strong organization skills for maintenance parts procurement and storage.
• Excellent teamwork and close collaboration with maintenance personnel.
• Employees entering a KBI site in the US must submit their vaccination status and provide proof of an FDA-approved or FDA-authorized COVID-19 vaccination if vaccinated.
