Senior Global Product Line Management Specialist (Accessories)

Location: Hybrid role based near Portland, Oregon, United States; onsite work is expected four days per week.

What you will do

• Establish product vision, strategies, seasonal concepts, and long-term business plans for a global accessories business.
• Research and develop innovative product ideas from concept through design, development, launch, and market rollout.
• Execute merchandising strategies and seasonal line plans to build profitable product assortments.
• Create and manage infrastructure for product data and communication.
• Prepare and present seasonal product briefs using marketplace influences and consumer insights.
• Collaborate with design, product creation, and merchandising teams while analyzing retail stores, customers, competitors, and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the product development process.
• Proficiency in retail math, bestseller analysis, and competitive landscape analysis.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and strategic-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe.
