Construction Project Coordinator - Manhattan

Location: New York, NY; fully in office, with travel to project sites in the Northeast and Midwest

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually, plus a monthly car allowance and annual bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Track project processes from start-up through close-out.
• Support project leadership, field teams, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive administrative processes and maintain accurate project records.
• Gather information for forecasting, analyzing, and communicating key financial metrics and results.
• Develop construction industry knowledge and foundational project management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least one year of related experience.
• Communication, ethics, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Financial management, attention to detail, and strong Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work fully in the New York office and travel to sites in the Northeast and Midwest.
