2027 Business Operations Intern (Finance)

Location: Onsite in Richfield, Ohio, United States from June 6/7, 2027 through August 6, 2027

Salary: USD $21.68 per hour

What you will do

• Support transaction processing, operational controls, risk management, client support, and reconciliation activities.
• Review information, documentation, and business processes for accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct research and prepare operational reports.
• Contribute to process improvement and other operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals while managing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a higher education degree and expected to graduate after August 2027.
• Must be able to attend the internship onsite in Richfield, Ohio, United States.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to review information carefully, identify inconsistencies, follow structured processes, and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and effective collaboration.
• Ability to learn new systems and operational procedures quickly while maintaining accountability and accuracy.
