Vendor Manager (Fixed Income)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 200+ vendor contracts and service-level agreements, including negotiation, execution, and ongoing oversight.
• Lead negotiations covering pricing, contract terms, performance standards, and business risk considerations.
• Monitor vendor performance, address service issues, and drive remediation against contractual obligations.
• Assess vendor-related risks, escalate concerns, and partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and deliver solutions.
• Manage vendor-related budgets through forecasting, spend tracking, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate the vendor lifecycle from research, selection, and onboarding through payment and ongoing relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• 6–10 years of general professional experience.
• Experience managing high-volume vendor relationships and administering services against contractual agreements.
• Knowledge of financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, financial markets and products, and contract law.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with risk management, build consensus, manage competing priorities, and work independently and collaboratively.
