Home Infusion Nurse (Infusion Therapy)

Location: Kennewick, Washington, United States; travel within a large geographic region to patients' homes is required.

Salary: $79,200–$132,000 USD annually, depending on experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Administer IV infusion medications safely and effectively in patients’ homes.
• Assess patients, document treatments and progress, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Coordinate care and provide patient updates as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to support holistic patient well-being.
• Use autonomous clinical judgment to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Availability for a 32–40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Two years of RN experience.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.
