Project Coordinator - Plexus Services Sales Enablement (Healthcare)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States. The role includes up to 20% travel and may require extended or irregular hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Coordinate project teams and provide a central point of communication and leadership.
• Create, manage, and distribute daily and weekly project status updates.
• Maintain project assets, communications, and related databases.
• Coordinate associates and cross-functional contributors needed to complete projects.
• Track project progress, timelines, and budgets.
• Support scopes of work and RFP presentations for post-acute clients in collaboration with sales and consulting teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Up to 20% travel and availability for irregular hours may be required.

Nice to have

• Intermediate proficiency with common business tools, including MS Office.
• Experience with automation technologies and AI-enabled business tools.
• Ability to identify process-improvement opportunities through technology adoption.
