Plant Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Normal, United States; onsite plant operations

Salary: $185,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead all plant activities to meet production schedules, customer requirements, and financial targets.
• Set goals and operating guidelines across safety, efficiency, quality, staffing, materials, and facilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
• Lead, guide, and motivate plant employees while promoting positive employee and labor relations.
• Communicate with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and community stakeholders to resolve concerns and support successful launches.
• Plan and forecast equipment, manpower, material, and facility requirements and establish labor and material budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial management, engineering, or business administration.
• 8–10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, written, verbal, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Ability to ensure compliance with corporate communications and HSE&E policies and procedures.
