Service Engineer - Snow & Youth

Location: Wyoming, Minnesota, USA; office environment between the Twin Cities offices. Significant dealer and customer interaction, with up to 10% travel.

Starting pay range: $76,000–$100,000 per year in Minnesota.

What you will do

• Develop and execute service strategy, readiness, and support for snowmobile and youth ORV product lines.
• Advise Design Engineering on product serviceability, simplification, and maintainability throughout development.
• Create service requirements, technical resources, dealer training materials, special tools, and diagnostic software initiatives.
• Lead field quality campaigns, bulletin execution, and resolution of dealer and customer service issues.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Legal, Warranty, and Customer Service teams.
• Support continuous improvement, service standardization, and mentoring of Technical Service team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of related engineering experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical experience with snowmobile powertrains and systems.
• Experience influencing decisions, building relationships, and managing projects across multiple stakeholder levels.
• Analytical, data presentation, problem-solving, Excel, and technology adoption skills.
• Working knowledge of dealership retail service operations.

• Manufacturing environment experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the snowmobile industry and products.
