Associate Manager, Marketplace - Strategy & Operations (JD)

Salary: $105,400–$155,000 USD annually, plus potential equity grants. Base salary is localized according to work location.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of projects focused on growing the core US Marketplace business.
• Develop strategies for market segments and growth opportunities without established playbooks.
• Incubate 0-1 initiatives by scoping opportunities, testing hypotheses, and recommending whether to scale or stop them.
• Design and run operational experiments that produce measurable outcomes.
• Analyze data and assess the operational and financial impact of decisions.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, marketing, sales, and finance teams to resource and launch initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, technology, banking, or a similar problem-solving role.
• Completed bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Experience independently analyzing data in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work through undefined problems, balance strategic thinking with operational detail, and influence cross-functional partners.
