TL;DR
Senior CSA Estimator (site based): Developing and leading total project estimates for construction projects with an accent on estimate planning, cost analysis, and risk-based contingency recommendations. Focus on coordinating estimate development, preparing the Project Basis of Estimate and maintaining current local cost-rate libraries.
Location: Santiago, Chile; on-site
What you will do
- Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team.
- Lead the development of the total project estimate.
- Prepare the Project Basis of Estimate and Estimate Risk Analysis.
- Recommend cost contingencies and solutions to problems of varying complexity.
- Maintain a library of current local rates for project estimates.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressively responsible estimating experience in a construction environment.
- Experience with estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
- Degree or comparable experience in a construction-related discipline.
- RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status, or active progress toward certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and quality.
- All interviews require video and may be conducted in person or virtually.
