Pharmacy Operations Supervisor - Accredo (Pharmacy Operations)

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States. On-site pharmacy operations role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM.

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a pharmacy operations team.
• Monitor associate productivity, performance, and service standards.
• Plan and direct workflow and project assignments.
• Promote a positive team environment and share operational best practices.
• Support programs and process improvements that enhance internal and external customer service.
• Develop, coach, and provide feedback to employees on quality, reliability, accountability, and productivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience managing teams in distribution, fulfillment, or pharmacy dispensing.
• Demonstrated leadership, training, coaching, communication, and advanced problem-solving skills.
• General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office, internet, and email.
• Ability to collaborate across departments, make independent decisions, adapt to a dynamic environment, and handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Ability to stand for lengthy periods and work near machinery in areas with varying noise levels.

Nice to have

• Valid pharmacy technician license or registration.
• Bachelor’s degree.
