Water Conveyance Engineer (Water & Wastewater)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; hybrid schedule with up to 40% remote work

What you will do

• Lead analysis, design, construction administration, and preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Work on conveyance, utility, pump and lift station, treatment, and master planning projects.
• Direct complex studies and investigations, define work for project contributors, and review recommendations and final reports.
• Plan project resources and evaluate design decisions for quality, schedule, budget, and client needs.
• Serve as Project Manager and sealing Professional Engineer on multidisciplinary projects involving consultants.
• Support client relationships, business development, proposals, and contract administration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, including project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams while overseeing quality of work.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to remain current with regulations and technological advancements.
