What you will do
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Account-to-Report and Controlling Operations processes.
- Identify, prioritize, and lead transformation opportunities with senior leaders, process owners, and Finance Operations teams.
- Promote Lean methodologies, digital solutions, and innovative technologies to simplify, standardize, harmonize, and optimize processes.
- Define rollout strategies, implementation approaches, and change management plans for process improvements.
- Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, performance indicators, and value realization to measure business impact.
- Facilitate workshops and root cause analyses, coach teams, and strengthen the continuous improvement culture.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Finance, Shared Services, Global Business Services, Continuous Improvement, Transformation, or related functions.
- Experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, especially Account-to-Report and Controlling Operations.
- Knowledge of process mapping, value realization frameworks, KPI-driven decision-making, and operational excellence tools.
- Advanced English required. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; knowledge of SOX and internal control environments required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Design Thinking.
- Experience with SAP and BlackLine.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Project Management.
