Focus on connecting AI agents to Salesforce records, validating responses and escalation flows, and delivering clean, well-tested platform solutions.

What you will do
- Build and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, record types, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components under senior developer guidance.
- Configure Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and other declarative automations.
- Write Apex unit tests, troubleshoot customizations and integrations, and support user acceptance testing and deployments.
- Assist with Salesforce integrations, data migration, imports, APIs, middleware connections, and data quality efforts.
- Translate requirements from Sales, Marketing, Operations, and business analysts into Salesforce solutions and provide user support.
- Help build, configure, test, and improve an AI support agent connected to Salesforce cases, knowledge articles, and CRM records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of Salesforce development experience, including internships, coursework, or personal projects.
- Basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming, relational databases, and basic SQL/SOQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn Salesforce best practices.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
- Exposure to AI/LLM tools, Salesforce Einstein or Agentforce, OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, or chatbot frameworks.
- CRM or business systems coursework, internship, or project experience.
