What you will do

• Develop loan packages and assist with recommendations by analyzing loan size, structure, and approval requirements.
• Review financial statements, tax returns, and supporting financial documentation.
• Evaluate industry, borrower, and market risks during the credit review process.
• Attend the weekly hirify.global Lecture Series and engage with leaders across different banking functions.
• Work with mentors and team members on projects that build commercial banking skills and professional connections.
• Apply integrity, caring, and excellence when delivering work.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business or an MBA.
• Anticipated graduation in December 2027 or May 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0, confirmed by transcript.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
