Online Operations Specialist (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Monitor online orders from placement through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with merchandising, inventory teams, and vendors to resolve shipping, inventory, and restocking issues.
• Maintain accurate product listings, including pricing, descriptions, images, and availability.
• Support customers through email and phone communications, order investigations, and inquiry routing.
• Collaborate with IT and e-commerce developers to test and implement website or backend improvements.
• Support fraud reviews, repairs, showroom payments, diamond orders, inventory transfers, and daily operational records.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in online order operations, fulfillment, inventory coordination, and e-commerce workflows.
• Ability to coordinate with merchandising, marketing, inventory teams, IT, developers, and third-party vendors.
• Ability to provide customer support and investigate order-related questions.
• Attention to accuracy when maintaining product data, transactions, internal systems, and daily records.
• Ability to follow brand standards, customer policies, and privacy and security guidelines.
• Availability to work at the Support Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
