Procurement Specialist (Indirect and Direct)

What you will do

• Lead procurement process improvement and capability projects involving lean methods, tools, systems, and market insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver implementation plans.
• Develop and support standardized procurement best practices, services, tools, training, and playbooks.
• Act as a procurement technical lead across functions and present recommendations to senior leaders in Kazakhstan, Turkey, and Azerbaijan.
• Manage contract redlining, negotiation, compliance, sourcing, and supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, or contract management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in a matrixed or global environment.
• Proven negotiation, supplier management, analytical, and project leadership capabilities.
• Required languages: Kazakh and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus experience with ERP or procurement platforms.

Nice to have

• Turkish language skills.
• Experience with procurement analytics, reporting, cost management, or budget planning.
• Familiarity with lean or continuous improvement methods.
• Experience delivering procurement training, playbooks, or standard processes.
