Senior Slack Developer / Architect (Financial Services Integrations)

Location: Radnor, PA, USA; preference for the US East Coast, with Greensboro, NC or Radnor, PA preferred.

What you will do

• Architect and develop Slack applications, custom apps, and workflows using Slack APIs.
• Design and implement secure, scalable integrations between Slack, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and external systems.
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery, including design, development, testing, and demonstrations.
• Translate business use cases into Slack-enabled workflows and data interactions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and lead developers to define and refine requirements.
• Document architecture and recommend approaches for future scaling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and architecting Slack applications and integrations.
• Strong expertise in API-driven integrations and distributed system design.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce, including APIs, data models, and OAuth authentication.
• Experience working in AWS environments.
• Deep understanding of secure integration patterns and API security.
• Ability to independently lead solution design and delivery.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience in banking, wealth management, or insurance.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and secure data handling.
• Exposure to enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
