R2P Enablement Specialist (Coupa)

Location: Riga, Latvia; hybrid schedule with 3 days on site and 2 days working from home.

Salary: €1,900–€2,600 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Support Coupa supplier enablement and onboard suppliers to appropriate purchasing channels.
• Maintain supplier records, send Coupa Supplier Portal invitations, and support supplier portal usage.
• Build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders while resolving complex onboarding and process issues.
• Collaborate with procure-to-pay and source-to-pay teams on buying channels, invoicing, and cXML integrations.
• Analyze buying and invoicing data, monitor portal performance, and troubleshoot issues with IT and Coupa Support.
• Perform data cleansing to maintain effective Coupa and JDE integration and support compliance with corporate standards, Sarbanes-Oxley 404, and ISO regulations.

Requirements

• Higher education or equivalent experience.
• A few years of industry-related purchasing experience is preferred.
• Experience working in a multinational company with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Technical and professional knowledge, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Strong teamwork, supplier and customer orientation, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
